INSTANT SCAPES – Scenari Instantanei
Instant Scapes è quasi un’osservazione antropologica della nostra quotidianità, dei nostri riti sociali, degli ambienti in cui ci muoviamo, attraverso una serie di brevi video di 30 secondi, titoli esclusi, tagliati in 4:5, ovvero il formato adattabile allo schermo di un cellulare e la durata massima che l’umano-social oggi riesce a sopportare (forse).
Il progetto, lanciato il 3 gennaio 2022 si propone di andare avanti per un anno, fino al 30 dicembre, con cadenza di 3 pubblicazioni alla settimana, su Instagram (4:5), Facebook e una volta al mese su Youtube (16:9) come raccolta del mese. Concepiti come quadri o tableaux vivants Instant Scapes rappresenta anche uno studio su musiche possibili per situazioni possibili; brani elettronici si alternano ad azioni acustiche e a miniature strumentali attraversando generi e discipline artistiche.
In alcuni casi il ritmo del video suggerisce automaticamente lo sviluppo musicale, attraverso l’impiego di tecniche di mickey-mousing; in altri la colonna sonora assume tratti più descrittivi.; in altri ancora il suono diventa metafora e si combina o contrappone ai contenuti video con ironia, distacco, astrazione.
Data la modularità del progetto, l’opera è disponibile anche in versioni più brevi.
